Product launches & press previews
Product launch coffee cart cateringfor the one day that counts.
Branded espresso carts for launch day, morning press and creator previews, launch weeks and retail rollouts across NYC, New Jersey and Philadelphia. Booked to a fixed date and built to hold it.

The hours a bar can't work
Press previews start at nine. Nobody is drinking at nine.
Launch schedules are front-loaded into the morning — press walkthroughs, creator previews, buyer appointments — and that's exactly when a drinks offer usually collapses into a box of drip coffee on a side table. A staffed espresso bar holds the room at the hours your launch actually runs.
- Works at 9am press previews and all-day retail hours alike
- Gives arriving press and creators somewhere to go immediately
- Something in every guest's hand within a minute of the door
- Keeps people standing and talking instead of seated and waiting

Collaboration launches
If the product is a collab, the cart can be one too.
Partnership launches are the hardest thing to stage, because both brands need to be visible without either looking like a guest. We build co-branded carts that carry two logos properly — or a wrap designed around the collaboration itself rather than around either brand.
- Co-branded cart wraps carrying both companies' logos
- Menus and drink names written around the collaboration
- Either logo poured into the latte art, drink by drink
- One consistent build across every launch location

Retail launch day
The cart on the pavement is what gets them through the door.
For a store or showroom launch, the hard part isn't the people who already planned to come — it's the ones walking past. An espresso bar at the entrance is a reason to stop, and stopping is most of the distance to walking in.
- Serves from the storefront, the sidewalk or inside the store
- Fits tight retail footprints — small area plus standard power
- Runs across a full launch week without the setup changing
- 500+ company events served, 200K+ cups poured

How it works
Booking coffee shouldn’t be harder than booking the venue.
- 01
Tell us about your event
Headcount, date, venue, whether you want the cart branded. Takes about 60 seconds — no back-and-forth, no discovery call.
- 02
See your pricing instantly
You get a real number on screen, not a 'someone will reach out in 3–5 business days.' Budget approval is a lot easier with a figure in hand.
- 03
We handle the rest
We confirm the details, build your custom menu and branding, then roll in, set up, serve, and break down. All we need is a small footprint and standard power.
- Can you serve a morning press or creator preview?
- Yes, and it's one of the things a coffee bar is uniquely good for. A 9am preview can't run on cocktails, and a tray of drip coffee sets the wrong tone for a launch. A staffed espresso bar gives press and creators something to hold, a reason to arrive on time, and a natural place to stand and talk to your team.
- Can you co-brand the cart with a collaboration partner?
- Yes. Launch collaborations are a regular build for us — two logos on one cart, or a cart designed around the partnership itself. If the product is a collab, the coffee station can carry both names and read as part of the launch rather than as catering that happened to show up.
- Can you run a launch week rather than a single day?
- Yes. Multi-day launches, week-long residencies and staged rollouts across more than one location are all workable — the cart, the wrap and the menu stay consistent across every day so the launch looks like one campaign. Send the full run of dates with your pricing request.
- Can you set up outside a storefront on launch day?
- Yes. We've served launches from the pavement outside a store as well as from inside it — the cart works as the thing that stops people on the street and moves them through the door. We need a small footprint and standard power, and any street or sidewalk permissions are agreed with your venue in advance.
- Can the drinks be named after the product?
- Yes. Custom menus mean drinks can be named for the product, the collection or the campaign, and your logo can be poured into the latte art. It gives everyone photographing the launch something specific to shoot rather than a generic cup.
- How much does a product launch coffee cart cost?
- It scales with guest count, service hours, number of days and how much custom branding you want. Our pricing tool gives you a real figure on screen in about a minute, so the coffee line goes into the launch budget the same day rather than after a proposal cycle.
