These terms govern your use of this website and any request you submit for coffee catering services from Anechó Coffee. By using the site you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
Pricing generated by our instant quoting tool is an estimate based on the information you provide. It is not a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement once we have reviewed your event details, venue and service requirements. Estimates may change if guest count, hours, location, access conditions or branding requirements change.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only when we have issued a written confirmation and received any deposit specified in your agreement. Dates are not held until that point. Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit and payment terms are set out in the service agreement for your event.
Venue and access
You are responsible for providing safe access to the service area, adequate space for our setup, and standard power access, together with any venue permissions, permits or certificates of insurance the venue requires. We are not responsible for service delays or shortfalls caused by access restrictions, power failures or venue conditions outside our control.
Branding and artwork
Where you supply logos, artwork or other brand assets for custom cart branding, cups, menus or signage, you confirm you have the right to use them and you grant us permission to reproduce them for the purposes of your event. Custom-printed branding requires lead time; late artwork may limit what can be produced.
Photography
We may photograph our setup and service at your event for our portfolio and marketing. Tell us in writing before the event if you would prefer we did not, and we will respect that.

Text, photography, logos and design elements are the property of Anechó Coffee or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party company names and logos shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used to indicate events we have served.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of this website is limited. Liability relating to catering services we provide is governed by the service agreement for your event.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
