The attendance problem
Wellness programmes fail quietly when nobody turns up.
The benefits are booked, the room is reserved, and thirty people out of four hundred come. A staffed drinks bar is one of the cheapest ways to fix that — it gives the whole floor a reason to make the walk, and once they're in the room they're in front of everything else you organised.
- Gives the wellness fair a station with a queue at it
- Pulls footfall past your benefits and screening tables
- Turns a calendar invite into something people plan around
- Gives staff a real break rather than a reminder to take one

A menu that fits the day
Matcha, tea and espresso — built around your programme.
Wellbeing days ask more of a menu than a standard event does. We build a custom menu for each one, so what gets served matches what the day is meant to be about instead of defaulting to a jug of drip coffee at the back.
- Matcha, tea and non-coffee options on the menu, not as an afterthought
- Full specialty espresso menu from trained baristas
- Custom menus built around your wellbeing programme
- Branded cups, signage and custom menu boards if you want them

What workplace and benefits teams say.
“We had the pleasure of working with Anecho Coffee for two large-scale employee events totaling over 700 people, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish.”

Something to actually do
A latte art class beats another lunch-and-learn.
We offer latte art classes led by professional baristas as an add-on, and wellbeing weeks are where they land best. People make something with their hands, get it wrong, laugh about it, and spend twenty minutes not looking at a screen.
- Led by professional baristas, run at your office
- Hands-on and genuinely absorbing — not a talk
- Works as a team activity or a rolling station across the day
- Backed by 500+ company events and a 5.0 Google rating

How it works
Booking coffee shouldn’t be harder than booking the venue.
- 01
Tell us about your event
Headcount, date, venue, whether you want the cart branded. Takes about 60 seconds — no back-and-forth, no discovery call.
- 02
See your pricing instantly
You get a real number on screen, not a 'someone will reach out in 3–5 business days.' Budget approval is a lot easier with a figure in hand.
- 03
We handle the rest
We confirm the details, build your custom menu and branding, then roll in, set up, serve, and break down. All we need is a small footprint and standard power.
- Does a coffee cart fit a wellness event?
- It fits the part of a wellness event that's hardest to get right: attendance. A staffed bar serving espresso, matcha and tea gives people a reason to walk over to the room, and a proper break once they're there. We build the menu around what your programme is actually about.
- Can you serve matcha, tea and non-coffee drinks?
- Yes. We build a custom menu for every event, so matcha, tea and non-coffee options sit on it alongside the full specialty espresso menu. If your wellbeing programme means the menu should look a particular way, tell us and we'll build it that way.
- What kinds of wellness events do you cater?
- Wellness fairs and health screenings, benefits and open-enrolment days, mental health and wellbeing weeks, mindfulness and meditation sessions, wellness challenge kick-offs and end-of-quarter decompression mornings. Anything where the goal is getting people out of their chairs and into a room.
- Can you run a latte art class as a wellness activity?
- Yes — we offer latte art classes led by professional baristas as an add-on. They work particularly well on wellbeing days: it's hands-on, it takes real attention, and for twenty minutes nobody is looking at a screen.
- Where do you set up at a wellness fair?
- Wherever the footfall is — a lobby, a cafeteria, the end of a table row, a courtyard or a terrace. We need a small footprint and standard power access, and we handle building COI, dock scheduling and elevator windows so your facilities team doesn't have to.
- How many people can you serve across a wellness day?
- We size barista and cart count to your headcount and the length of the programme rather than to a fixed package, and we can deploy up to 8 carts at one location. Wellness days tend to run in waves rather than one rush, and we staff for the peaks.
